I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist. Your personalized session will focus on your unique needs as a client. I treat the source of your pain as opposed to just treating the symptoms so healing can take place.

Barnes Myofascial ReleaseTherapy, Deep Tissue Massage,  Injury Treatment/Prevention and CranioSacral Therapy are modalities I use. I will show you exercises and offer helpful hints to aid in the healing process. My goal is to see you return to a pain free and healthy life!
